$450 per hour (includes two hours' preparation time)
To promote a successful resolution an estimated two hours is generally spent in preparation, such as reading briefs and material documents and in private telephone discussions with counsel prior to mediation, as well as any necessary follow-up phone conversations and other communications as appropriate to finalize an agreement.
Fees for Arbitration: via the American Arbitration Association, currently set at $395 per hour.
Fees for Special Master in Real Estate or Business matters and Discovery Referee:
$450 per hour (includes two hours preparation)
