Full day Mediation: total of $4,750 (8 hours + 1 hr prep)
Half-day Mediation: total of $2,750 (4 hours + 1 hr prep)
Special half-day rate for claims under $50,000: total of $1,750
Hourly rate: $575
Preparation: To promote a successful resolution, an estimated two hours is generally spent in preparation, such as reading briefs and material documents, and in private telephone discussions with counsel prior to mediation, as well as any necessary follow-up phone conversations and other communications as appropriate to finalize an agreement.
All mediations shall be billed a one-hour preparation fee, which fee is included in all day and half-day rates.
Cancellation: Should a mediation be canceled within 14 days of its confirmed date, a fee of 50% of the total fee for the canceled mediation shall become due, payable in proportion by all parties unless such cancellation is due solely to one party, in which case that particular party shall pay the 50% cancellation fee.
Postponement: For mediations postponed within 14 days of confirmed date, a re-booking fee of $250, payable in proportion by all parties unless postponement due solely to one party, in which case that particular party shall pay the re-booking fee.
Fees for Arbitration: via the American Arbitration Association, currently set at $395 per hour.
Fees for Special Master in Real Estate or Business matters and Discovery Referee:
$500 per hour

Deposit is necessary to reserve dates. Fully refundable until seven days before reserved date(s). When cancelled with less than 7 days' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of first day’s deposit is applied.
